Andrew Zdziarski picks cardboard off the heap, mashes
color into its ridges and out comes these works. Stuck under the color are
words, like magazine pages or newspaper articles, glued or spit on but
covered in the frantic escape of creating the images. Zdziarski’s forages
keep him in supplies when all else is an empty cupboard; his is a discard
art, dependant on the glorification of castoffs.
